- My dream is to join an a cappella circle when I enter university. I have been studying hard to be accepted by a school with a strong a cappella circle, but recently I learned that I also should have been taking voice lessons. Itʼs not enough to sing your favorite songs at home. To get a position as a performer in a university a cappella circle, you need good control over your voice and strong music reading skills. I am now taking lessons with a professional voice teacher, but I should have started earlier. My advice to first year students is to find out what is necessary to make your dream come true, and start today.
